World light welterweight champion Ricky ‘Hitman’ Hatton spent a recent evening at North Hulme Youth Project, talking about his career and taking part in a Q&A session with young people.

World light welterweight champion Ricky ‘Hitman’ Hatton spent a recent evening at North Hulme Youth Project, talking about his career and taking part in a Q&A session with young people. Ricky spoke in detail about his training routine, fight preparation and diet and how his success was based on dedication, hard work and self belief. He emphasised that these factors would enable young people to succeed in other fields and his courage and determination made a positive impact on young people. The session was organised by former British light middleweight champion Ensley Bingham, now a youth worker at the project.
