Fantastic turnout on Sunday 4th July to celebrate the 50th Anniversary of Higher Blackley Community Centre . Manchester Young Lives worked with Higher Blackley Community Association to provide a range of activities at the centre following the parade. Local communities are at the heart of our provision and we were delighted to have the opportunity to be part of this important event.
