So proud of our young people from the Addy Young People’s Centre who were delighted to be awarded £750 from the Withy Tree Youth Bank . A group of young people had to deliver their ‘pitch’ and present their ideas to the funding panel on 26th February at the Lifestyle Centre, supported by staff they presented their plans including showcasing some of the costumes which they made from recycled materials. Their project is to design and create costumes and have a combined fashion and talent show at The Addy on 10th August. An added bonus was that one of the group (Poppy) also won the raffle prize on the evening!
