Manchester Young Lives would like to extend a huge congratulations to all of the staff involved in our Independent School provision, for making this year’s Ofsted outcome possible. Thank you for your dedication, and for all of the hard work that you have contributed.
After being inspected over a three-day period in March 2018, we are immensely proud to have gained a Grade 2 (Good) for overall effectiveness.
Inspectors said:
“The school’s pastoral care for pupils is a significant reason why most pupils make the progress they should, both academically and behaviourally.”
“The designated safeguarding leader is highly trained and works well with partners to ensure that pupils’ welfare is given the highest priority across the school.”
“Pupils’ attainment by the end of Key Stage 4, across all subjects, has improved significantly since the last inspection.” “Most pupils make good progress in Mathematics, English and Science.”
