Manchester Young Lives held a thoroughly successful dissemination event for the evaluation report produced regarding our “No Knives, More Lives” anti-knife crime project on 30th May 2019.

The “No Knives, More Lives” project was commissioned by Manchester City Council’s Safeguarding in Education Team with the objective of bringing together youth work and teaching skills to deliver educational messages about the facts and consequences of knife-crime and initially involved work within two schools between March and May 2018. Due to it’s success, the programme was then extended to two central Manchester schools and to further schools identified by the Council early in 2019.
